CODSEEKER LURES

These lures are hand crafted from timber by Michael Poulos of Tamworth.  His original lure was the 185mm Codseeker.  These lures accounted for some very nice fish but were some what bulky.  Therefore, they weren't widely accepted by the majority of cod trollers.  Some time later on, Michael refined his product and came up with the 150mm model.  This is his biggest selling lure, and is my all time favourite.  To date we have caught more big cod on this lure than any other.

Michael dabbled in making a smaller version, the 110mm model which wasn't the success he had hoped for.  In consultation with some experienced cod fisherman, Michael refined the product and came up with the 105mm.  This is a much better lure as the buoyancy rate allows it to be trolled with the current.  The biggest fish recorded to date on the 105mm is 75 pounds, proving it is a lure to be reckoned with.

Amongst his other creations is the 80mm model, which is designed for casting, as well as trolling.  He has just released a 90mm surface lure which is sure to become a hit amongst those who target cod at nightfall off the surface.

If you are after a big timber cod lure, you would be hard pressed to find any better than the codseeker range.  Their construction is first class and their strength is unparalleled.
